1. Does the bus drop off and pick up at IKEA ?
- Yes, our buses have drop off/pick up points at the bus station at Braehead and also at IKEA.

2. Can I bring a pram on board ?
- Prams cannot be brought on board, but your driver will store it for you in the side lockers.

3. What about bulky purchases ?
- We have plenty of storage space and will endeavour to asist you, but no wardrobes please !

4. Harte Buses are famed for their accessible buses so what about wheelchairs ?
- If you can manage up three steps we will pack away the chair and give you all the help we can.

5. Can I use my concession pass or companion card ?
- Card holders travel free on every journey without exception !
