Largs is situated on the west coast in North Ayrshire, Scotland. Largs is less than an hour from Glasgow (by road) and only 40 minutes from Glasgow International Airport (GLA). From Glasgow Airport you can drive easily to Largs (see travelling by car link below), take a shuttle bus to Paisley Gilmour Street train station, where trains run direct to Largs, or book a Largs taxi for approximately £30. Glasgow Prestwick Airport (PIK) is just over an hour from Largs, and if travelling by train the station is beside the airport, all you need to do is change at Kilwinning for a direct train to Largs.

There is ample parking in the Seafront carpark in Largs (£2 for 1 day approx.) located next to the Escape Amusement Complex. Car parking is also available at the privately operated Parking Ecosse car park behind M&Co. (Mackays) in Main Street. The cost is approx. 50p per hour - this is a PAY AND DISPLAY car park facility.
