Largs is the ideal place to take a leisurely stroll along the Promenade, or to endulge in a more strenuous walk up the hills. There are four guides on LargsOnline.co.uk detailing routes you may take e.g. Pencil walk, Knockhill walk, Brisbane Glen walk and Greeto Falls walk. The level of difficulty is also indicated. - Pencil Walk - 1.25 miles - Gentle
- Douglas Park and Castle Hill - 3 miles - Medium
- Brisbane Glen and Knockhill Walk - 6.75 miles - Medium
- Greeto Falls and Bridge Walk - 2.5 miles - Slightly strenuous
Or for the more adventurous among you - why not take the ferry to Millport, Isle of Cumbrae and walk or cycle round the Island - 10.25 miles in total!
